Pause Live was founded by Charlotte Body, following her own experience of navigating menopause and recognising the lack of accessible information, support, and open conversation available to women. From that experience, PAUSE Live was created, a platform designed to empower women of all ages, backgrounds, and body types with real solutions, expert insight, and a supportive community.

Today, Pause Live stands as a powerful movement, bringing women together to share experiences, access knowledge, and feel seen, heard, and supported.

Delite Radio was born from gratitude, resilience, and purpose.

Founder Tony Jay, after facing serious illness at a young age, was left with a profound sense that life had to stand for something more, that there had to be impact, service, and meaning in everything created. On 1st January 2017, Delite Radio launched with that vision at its core.

Today, Delite Radio exists to uplift, inform, support, and entertain, delivering a fresh and exciting commercial sound that puts the feel-good back into radio, while remaining deeply rooted in community and purpose.

Together, we are creating something more, a bridge between lived experience and shared understanding.
